First...
If you're new here, we will ask you to fill out the New Client Intake form so we can learn more about you, your pup(s), and the services you are interested in! The more detail, the better.
Then...
Once we have your information on file, we will reach out to get an official 30-minute Meet & Greet on the books.
And Then...
After your Meet & Greet is complete, we'll send you a link to the Time to Pet client portal where you will create an account, sign the user agreements, vet forms, and then request your service dates.
Finally!
We'll review the service requests and send you an invoice for the services requested. We require a non-refundable deposit to confirm any sitting services.
