Please note that our business hours are Tuesday thru Saturday, 9A - 5P. If you submit your inquiry on a Sunday or Monday, you can expect to hear back from us by end of day on Tuesday.
If we are available to bring you into the DDoS pack, you will receive an email to activate your Time to Pet account. Dog Days of Summit utilizes Time to Pet for all communication, invoicing, service requests, etc. You will need to create a profile for each of your pets and upload their current vaccination records.
Once you have uploaded their vaccination records, you will be able to schedule a New Client Consultation at your convenience. New Client Consults take approximately half an hour and are charged at the same rate as our 30-min Drop-Ins.
